MDIS reserves the right to change and/or amend, extend, withdraw or alter any of the Terms & Conditions stated without prior notice or giving any reasons thereof. All prizes are non-exchangeable.
The winner’s name(s), picture(s) and prize(s) may be used for publicity purposes. The winner’s information may be used for marketing, planning, promotions, research, events and/or any other purposes. Acceptance of the prize is considered as consent to this usage.
MDIS values your privacy, and we are committed to safeguarding your personal data in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012. By providing your contact details to us, you hereby agree that MDIS may use the personal data that you have provided to us to contact you by mail, email, text messages or telephone calls for marketing purposes. If you wish to UNSUBSCRIBE from this mailing list, please fill-up the notice of withdrawal of consent here.
There may be video and audio recordings throughout the event for the purpose of creating future marketing materials. Should you wish not to be featured, kindly write to us at comms@mdis.edu.sg.

Marketing Consent

By submitting the registration form, you hereby agree that the Management Development Institute of Singapore (MDIS) may collect, use, and disclose your personal data that you provide in this registration form for the purpose of sending you updates about the various events, courses, seminars and related activities organised or co-organised by MDIS. You also consent to the disclosure of your personal data to MDIS partners/affiliates and other third-party service providers that MDIS may engage from time to time. If you are providing someone else’s personal data or submitting the registration form on behalf of someone else, you hereby declare that you have obtained consent from the named individual(s) in the form, for the collection, use and disclosure of his/her personal data by you to MDIS, MDIS’ business partners and other third party service providers.

Education Rebates and Application Fee Offer

Application Fee Waiver:

The above offer of rebates and application fee varies depending on the level of study.
Application fee waiver and rebates are only applicable when you sign up for a course throughout 18 to 26 May 2024.
To be eligible for rebates, applicants must make payment of the first instalment within two (2) weeks upon acceptance of the offer letter.
Enrolled students who subsequently transfer, defer, or withdraw from their course after paying the first instalment will no longer be eligible for the rebates and application fee waiver.
MDIS reserves the right to amend or withdraw a promotion without prior notice.

Lucky Draw Prizes

Prizes are not transferrable or exchangeable for cash.
MDIS reserves the right to withdraw or forfeit the prize(s) accordingly.
When the winner claims the prize, he/she must have completed the 1^st instalment payment of the programme within 21 calendar days (upon issuance of student contract and offer letter) and email the receipt to the MDIS Education Consultants.
Upon clearance of the 1^st instalment payment, the winner will be notified by MDIS staff for prize collection. Should the winner fail to provide a response and/or acknowledge receipt, MDIS reserves the right to withdraw or forfeit the prize accordingly.

Sure-Win Prizes

To be eligible for the sure-win prizes, participants must sign up for the virtual open house event between 18 May to 26 May 2024.
Participants must watch videos and participate in quizzes during the virtual open house to collect daily points.
Daily points collected by participants will contribute to their chances of winning the sure-win prizes.
The more daily points accumulated by a participant, the higher their chances of winning the sure-win prizes.
Winners will be determined based on the accumulation of points during the virtual open house week between 18 May to 26 May 2024.
Prizes are subject to availability and may be substituted with items of similar value at the discretion of MDIS.
By participating in the virtual open house event and the lucky draw, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
MDIS reserves the right to withdraw or forfeit the prize(s) accordingly.
Redemption is subject to meeting applicable terms and conditions, while stocks last. Not transferrable or exchangeable for cash.
